Well as many of you might know…we’re getting closer to deer season and hopefully you’re working on those food plots. We’re about to put out another summer plot this weekend. I’ll keep you posted on the progress of it. Here are some products that will make your job a little better.

Antler King introduces the Sodbuster disc harrow, which is equipped with two offset adjustable discs for maximum digging and cutting. High-speed hubs and tail lights allow the Sodbuster to be pulled behind a vehicle for transport. The disc sports a 46-inch cutting width, comes standard with a roll-out drag and a manual ratchet lift, with the option of adding an electric lift. Contact Antler King at (888) 268-5371 or www.antlerking.com.
Kolpin Powersports introduces a Chisel Plow/Scarifier to its growing line of DirtWorks accessories. The accessory is ideal for clearing away roots and debris for preparation of food plots or other land maintenance tasks. Just attach the six heavy-duty ½-inch hardened steel teeth to the DirtWorks Tool Bar and you are ready to loosen hard packed surfaces such as driveways, fallow fields and trails. The Chisel Plow/Scarifier can also be used with the Box Scraper Attachment to quickly grade a driveway. Contact Kolpin Powersports at (877) 956-5746 or www.kolpinpowersports.com.
The Frontier tractor model Plotmaster allows a property manager to disk, plow, plant, cover, smooth and pack a food plant without ever returning to the barn to change implements. Contact Plotmaster at (888) 629-4263 or www.theplotmaster.com.
The Speed Point 3-Point Hitch attachment from Arctic Cat plugs into a 2-inch receiver and two frame mounts. The 12-volt, self-contained actuator adjusts any attachment up or down with the flick of a switch. The actuator is easy-to-use and allows down pressure on attachments, applying 600 pounds of force at one-inch per second. Contact Arctic Cat at (218) 681-8558 or www.arcticcat.com/atv/speedpoint.asp.
New Holland T2300 Series Boomer compact tractors are available in 40, 45 and 50 hp models. Choose between a hydrostatic transmission that allows users to adjust speed without a clutch, or a 12×12 Synchronized Shuttle Shift transmission with a broad range of speed choices. SuperSuite Cabs are available on the T2310 and T2320 with 60 cubic feet of interior space. The patented SuperSteer FWD axle option offers the tightest turnaround diameter on the market, and the SuperSteer option includes the exclusive mechanical Sensitrak clutch, which automatically shifts into four-wheel drive when extra traction is required.
